Jimmy graduated from Lexington Healing Arts Academy in 2001. He has been practicing in Lexington for 9 years. He is personable, professional and enthusiastic about body work. He listens and then researches, studies and tailors each session just for that client. Stretching, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Swedish techniques are all used in an integrative approach to get to the root of the problem and not just treat the symptoms.  His experience and training make him an advanced bodyworker.
